I bought 4 of these to decorate cupcakes and cooki

I bought 4 of these to decorate cupcakes and cookies for my daughter's birthday and class party. I opened 2 of the 4 right away only to find out that half of the sprinkles won't come out of the holes on the canister because the holes were not made big enough. The top doesn't fully come off either. How does a big company miss something like this.
