300059MWH Kichler Lighting Maeve - 52 Inch Ceiling Fan with Light Kit-White Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maeve™ LED 52" Matte White Ceiling Fan gives my kitchen the contemporary, sophisticated look it so desperately needs! The nickel accent ring around the bulb matches my other kitchen fixtures nicely. I absolutely love that the LED light is dimmable and it lights up my entire kitchen (my older fan did not). It's energy efficient, so tons of savings on the energy bill! It is frequently stuffy and humid in the kitchen because of the closed-off nature of the room and the oven gives off so much heat from cooking. The wall control system remote is so user-friendly and makes the guesswork of adjusting the light or fan via the dangling cords a thing of the past. The only negatives to this fan are a couple issues with parts and installation. The anchor wire was suggested at the very end of the instructions after the fan was mostly installed, so that made things very difficult (it's a Canadian requirement, not a US one). It would have been great if that step was more towards the beginning. The photos in the instructions did not show the bolt plate pretty clearly, so that was something missed in the initial installation. It would be great if the photo of the fan with all the parts was larger and more clearly labelled. Another part that was not included was a bracket, as the fan is not completely flush with the ceiling - there's a small gap on one side with an exposed wire. Those issues aside, the overall product is amazing. I'm absolutely in love with this fan!
