I had a plumber to install and he spent hour trying to get it to work. sad when things are put together without any quality control. now I need to order a new one. on a fixed income (`Iam 81 years old} it is not easy. wish I could get my money back.

had taken the old one off before unboxing the new one and it has scratches on it and a nick out of the spout. The old one was dripping bad so we had no choice but to use the new one. CHECK your product out before hand.
