Pleasant Taste and Texture
These raspberry lemon flavored magnesium citrate gummies are pretty pleasant in regards to taste and texture. Although I'm only chewing two of them once a day (a half an hour to one hour or so before bedtime), they have improved my severe problems with restless and disrupted sleep, and creating softer stool for better bowel movements the day next day. Those were two of the three things I was looking to improve, and the fact that they I can get those improvements without having to swallow big pills and the flavor/texture of the gummies are quite palatable is a big bonus. Am I sleeping better because they also improve my irregular heart rhythm (chronic atrial fib) during the portion of my day that I sleep, I can't diagnose for sure, but I suspect, maybe they do that too. I started by taking one a day for ten days, then increased to one and a half for ten days, and am now taking two a day. This week, I'll start taking two and a half for 10 or more days, and gradually work my way to the recommended four gummies per day.

I can get horrible leg cramps and spasms. Two gummies a day and the cramps/spasms are controlled so well now. I have told my friends and family about these and my twin has found the same relief. I live in high altitude Colorado so dry climate is a given. My doctor suggested that i give these Calm gummies a try to get more magnesium and I am a believer.
