This is not medical advice just my experience
I started taking this and the apple cider vinegar and ginger and turmeric pills. I feel like they have curbed my appetite a little bit. My main reason was due to my high fasting blood sugars. I read that these are good for blood sugar management. In the two weeks I've been taking them I have lowered fasting blood sugars. Before taking these i had numbers in the 120s up to 140 at the highest. The last two days have been 95 and 92.
