Crystal Light is right for you

I used to buy Nestea by the gallons, and after they quit making it, I stumbled upon this tea, I first bought the single packets and then I started ordering like bags at a time. This tea is so good that I can't do without now. My son that never drinks anything so I fixed him a glass and now he is asking me where I bought it from, so he loves it now so yeah, I recommend this tea for real. I drink it all day long it has 5 calories, so it is better for me than having soda's all day. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great substitute for water

I am not a water drinker. A nutritionist told me Crystal Lite would be a good substitute to keep hydrated. I do get very thirsty so I always have some next to me. This is so much better and so much cheaper than cans of soda that I used to drink. You have to watch your health as you get older and do what you can to stay healthy.
