You are not required to provide a proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service on any malfunctioning Vector lighters. It’s a hassle-free, no questions asked, warranty service program. It’s Vector-KGM’s unique way of offering a five-year warranty service commitment to its customers. Vector-KGM is the last remaining lighter company with an actual in-house warranty service dept. with actual lighter technicians who can perform repair services on the lighters. Our industry-leading turnaround time of 1-2 weeks truly sets Vector-KGM apart from the other so-called lighter companies without any in-house QC and service departments. 

How Does It Work

There are two ways to receive service on the malfunctioning lighters. One way is to have your customers send the lighters back directly to Vector-KGM without your involvement in the middle. Hassel free. Give your customers a Self-Addressed Padded Envelopes provided to you to return the lighter back to Vector-KGM. Instruction on how to send the lighters back for service can be found in No Proof Warranty Booklet, which is included with every lighter. 

Industry Leading 1-2 Week Turn Around Time: The turnaround time for warranty service is usually 1 week, but please allow an additional week for transit back to you

Jet Torch Lighters

Jet Torch Lighters create a thin, needle-like blue flame. This creates a high-intensity flame that allows the user to visually pinpoint an area where the flame hits. It is ideal to use this flame to evenly burn cigars.

As butane gas flows into the internal burner cylinder, the piezo spark ignites a flame and heats up the catalyzer (coil). The burning catalyzer creates a flame that is intensely high in temperature. It does not blow out against the wind making it genuinely windproof under any weather conditions
