It's ok, but wouldn't buy again

I was so excited to get this item. The "corkboard" side is great and I love the color. However, the whiteboard side is very cheaply done. The marker is hard to erase, no notepad was included. Easy to hang. I have purchased different different pens in the hopes that they will be easier to use, since the marker sent with barely works. This item could be made better, but now I am stuck with it.

This is not as described. There is no dry erase portion. Get a piece of cardboard and glue some old shirts to it instead.
