This product is okay, I just can't use it
Restoring a 1917 Player Piano. Needed to check the Vacuum Readings in several areas. I searched your web site for "Vacuum Gauges" and this came up. I didn't read the description carefully enough. Turned out the Product is for "Low Pressure" and won't read Vacuum. The very nice lady at customer service tried and got the same result. We decided the Web Site was in error and she refunded my money. Also said to keep the gage or donate it to someone who could use it. Can't ask for better service then that. As for the gage I received, I think it is well made, and seemed to give sensitive readings, so I would say it's a good product, just mis-labeled. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
