The package came quickly and smoothly. Included in the box was the pool, the pump (to pump up the pool), multiple bits for the pump, and a few patches for repairing wholes. The pump uses a regular 110 plug, not battery operated. You can use the pump and bits for any other blow up stuff you have like a portable mattress or whatever. The first thing I noticed when rolling out the pool was the quality and thickness. If you ever had a nice air mattress it reminds you of that. Relatively thick feeling. The pool has three chambers that must be filled with air. Each chamber has very sturdy valves to allow and restrict the flow of air. Think of blowing up a beach ball and when finished you have to push the valve into the ball. However, there is another plastic attachment that goes into the valve which allows you to attach the pump and keeps the air from coming out. Once pumped, push in the final piece of the valve into the plastic attachment and push all the way into the pool.
