Attract 6-Spray 5.5 in. Handheld Shower with Magnetix in Spot Resist Brushed Nickel

This product performs so well that I purchased one in chrome for the hall bath and one in brushed nickel (model 26602) for our master bath. The magnet is strong and there is no difficulty removing and putting back in place to the neck piece. The head swivels on the neck to adjust where you want the spray to go. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

This was original installed tub-shower equip in a developer custom home, it worked fine for a few years as did others in same home, but then the plastic ips ball connection cracked & broke, and isn't available anywhere? Its a simple replacement part worth a few dollars that for some reason Moen can't provide although its still made for other similar faucets?? I really think they can do better than that, I don't need or really want a new handshower.
