The rug is not Blue

The outsides Edges are good but whitess with green streaks hilights for 3/4 and 1/4 of the carpet is blue with Blue streaks other end on one end. The Blue end is the color I like but This not what I purchased, I wanted a dark Blue center and gray edges. THIS NOT WORTH The MONEY I PAID FOR!!!! Help!!
