Simply spectacular customer service! I ordered 12 boxes, which came in two cardboard shipping containers of six each. One of the containers had only 5, lids, not 6. Great product - poor shipping???

The storage boxes are great. The only complaint is that one box was broken at the top. It did affect the usefulness of the box itself or the locking of the lid. It is too bad that either it was damaged in shipping OR at the factory before it was boxed. The shipping carton did not appear to be damaged in anyway, so I suspect the later to be the cause of the damage.
