Arrived damaged,stained

I love the card itself abd what it says but I gave low stars because it came damaged. its all wrinkled up,has a scrap at thr bottom that looks like black oil or ink on it. It wnt open flat due to it wrinkled up,as well as the envelope. It is wrinkled and bent up as well. they look as if they are 20 years old and traveled the world over.
