HUGE Disappointment
This gaming computer lasted almost 5 1/2 mths. It was a gift for my sons birthday. I was lucky to have purchased an extended warranty because the operating system failed and it no longer would work past the initial load screen. Seller offered tech support at first but then refused to give out the phone number for tech support. Very disappointed to find out some of these "renewed" or "refurbished" gaming computers can be way older than what you think. Then as for the extended warranty, get ready for an arguement between the seller, the manufacturer and allstate/squaretrade over whos responsible for repair or replacement. It took about 5 days and some diligence and patience on my part but squaretrade came through and covered it even though it was Lenovos responsibility. I won't buy renewed again or from this seller who has trouble responding when a customer has questions.
