Great heating and defrosting functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never owned a Samsung Microwave before but since I have a pretty sizable Samsung infrastructure I decided to go for it. So far I've been impressed with the heating ability and d the defrost by weight seems pretty spot on. The only head scratcher I have is the soften butter open takes about 5 cycles to start softening the butter. Overall I would definitely buy again

Great design touchscreen needs improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and sleekness of this microwave. My one complaint it the touchscreen isn't responsive enough and sometimes it is hard to get the screen to turn on. Requires multiple touches to wake up.
