I'm impressed. It took months for these to arrive, but it seems it was worth the wait. I ordered an extra-large and two smaller spatulas, all for my sourdough baking. Every smaller spatula had eventually cracked and chipped), and this seems very different. I love them all, and never imagined a spatula could make me so happy, but it totally has. I bought the pro, and this spatula is huge. I know it is labeled as such, but I was still a little surprised when I took it out of the bag. The handle is comfy and the angled head is perfect for scooping things like whipped cream and egg whites out of bowls. It's nice when I'm working with bigger batched to be able to get more out at a time.
