3-4ft. Tall Arbequina Olive Tree in 3 Gal. Grower's Pot

I was supposed to receive my olive tree on the 20. We did not know it arrived on the 17 in the late morning. None of us went picked it up because we didn't know the package had arrived. I usually receive many emails and texts related to my Walmart orders. I didn't get any until the late afternoon of the 19. I called customer service explaining only later on this evening someone would be able to get to the package if not stolen yet. I requested for a refund. I purchased lately other plants from another store. I brought them in shortly after their arrival. They were very healthy, but died like two weeks later. In this case, the olive tree from Walmart would have been delivered for 2.5 days. It's only receiving the different messages from Walmart on the 19 that I checked if I could see a picture of the delivery. There was none, but it indicated me that it's delivered on the 17. I didn't want to take the risk of having the tree dying. She told me to keep it if it's alive, but she refunded
