Tonic Luxury Storage Large Drawers

ONLY SUPER NEGATIVE is the inside drawer size is about 1/4 inch shy of fitting a full size standard sheet of paper 8.5" x 11". I do own six of these two stacks of six high side by side. I removed two of the tops and stacked them three units of three drawers high so they would be more soild instead of just stacking them one on top of the other. Yes that means I have four tops left over. No problem I have done this with many Sterilite drawer systems too and just store the left over tops incase I want or need to refigure the towers later on. Works great by the way. Storing mainly die cutters and foil and embossing plates along with some tools for such work such as punches too. I would love to be able to store all the packs of standard size foils and papers that I use frequently but like I said some designer or company management team (I suspect MEN) Yes I'm showing my bias here didn't think outside the box. I would easily have bought another six to 9 just to have enough for all the papers. As is my computer room has built in drawers and an antique side chest that has super deep drawers that allow me to handle the really big rolls of vinyl and of course the standard stacks. Just not as easy to get to in the built ins as they are six deep drawers inside a closet which door must be opened entirely to pull a drawer out. Men and or Women need to fight for the better good here. We crafters who spend this kind of money have a right to expect more from our goods. Item is a cut above Sterilite but very similar concept and style of plastic drawers. I would like to see the sides solid instead of indented opened where dust develops and you must remember to wipe these areas down back and sides often when cleaning in general. They stack nicely and I think the top should be just smooth no indentions that is more a gimmick to prevent items from rolling off. Far more useful would be that additional 1/4 inch inside the drawers to allow you to place a ream or specialty papers and vinyls inside. I even have photo cotton printable fabric that size for yarn and sewing label designing. BUT sorry drawers they FAIL. So a lot of wasted space happens too. One star off for lack of thinking and giving the consumer and customers what they really truly needed here.
