Excellent response to warranty service

Bought the protector years ago. Recently noticed that it was getting messed up from one side. Reached out to the customer service. They sent clear instructions. I followed them. They reviewed it and one week later, I had the warranty replacement. Thank God, I did not get a chance to test it but it looks good. Last one was tested a few times and it did its job. Mattress still looks like new.
