First, I don't know for sure that the phone functions properly, yet. Called provider to activate, installed SIM. No work. Provider mailed new SIM (sent 3-7, arrived 3-20) late arriving. Called provider, deactivated new Sim, would re-activate old Sim, 48-72 hours (why?). Can only text to certain contacts while I am home near my WI_FI. So, that's why I'm not sure about phone. Caveat, dropped phone (on my carpet) cracked screen! started claim on new screen but decided to wait till it was in worse shape, now it is, cracked more. that's it. P.S. Finally received new SIM, phone seems work properly, tried to make first call, had to call provider to unload new updates for phone (for them or phone??) everything seems ok, except for cracked screen!

Received the phone in just a few days and it looked brand new, not a scratch or mark on it. I'm not using it as a phone, but rather as a replacement for my aging Ipod. For some reason, some of my downloaded Itunes songs would not play on my Android, so I decided to try using an older Iphone just to load and play my thousands of songs and playlists. It's working perfectly in that capacity. The wifi works and the camera works, so I imagine if I was to activate it the phone would work fine also. Very pleased with this purchase!

I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!
