No set up required. this is a great purchase I'd highly recommend! print pics from your phone, right away, then and there, or compile and make albums! there is nothing like the old feel of holding an album or photo in your hands, bring back the good ol days! this thing is RAD! my only issue is it was a little pricey, and the cartridges I wish were more affordable! if you are on the fence, BUY IT.

Great to share memories with friends!

I love this product. It's so nice to be able to share memories with friends with them right away! I also have one of those instapix cameras that print out the Polaroid picture right away which is really nice too. But you really have to hold still for the picture not to come out blurry and you one have one shot or you'll have to retake the picture. With this device, you can take a picture with your phone, adjust it if needed and print out as many as you like. This really is a great purchase! Also I had the previous version which got some issues eventually and then I had to replace it. This one has some upgrades and so far it's better!
