Works with no surprises

These are a bargain and offer a consistent result. If you're chronically on pain meds, or doing GLP-1s, you know that constipation is a very real issue, and if you don't address it, it can be extremely painful. I take 3 of these with a pain pill, and when I was doing glps, I did even more. Even if you eat a high fiber diet, drink plenty of water and take psyllium, sometimes that is not enough, and you pay the price. I take these with a senna chaser, less of those, as they will add up to an unpleasant surprise at times. Just guess when, ha, you never know! That's inconvenient, but I'd rather be on the looser side than be an Elvis. Pay attention to your body and help yourself be regular. Do all the good things, veggies, whole grains, psyllium, but these really help keep the pain out of being regular.
