Arrived in an open box, but seems fine.

Product arrived in an open box with some marks and scratches. It seems alright, however there is an indent on the back where the crease is for the stand. Since the box was open, I'm not sure if this is normal. Other than that, everything else seems fine. I haven't found any scratches or marks on the actual case. It looks like new. I really like the detachable, backlit keyboard. My only issue with it is because of it having a stand on the back and not being able to support itself, it's not really as portable as a laptop. It would need to be used on a table or desk. Besides that, it's pretty much perfect. I just wish it had a strap or something to cover the pencil while it's attached to the iPad in my bag.
