[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros: The fibers are very soft so the carpet is nice to walk on. The cons: The diamond pattern is gray (not black) and the background is not off-white, rather off-white, pale gray, and light brown / beige so the overall effect is darker with a more subtle design. It's pretty, just not exactly what I was going for. That's my bad for not reading the description more carefully and not looking more closely at the pictures.

This rug is perfect underneath our farmhouse dining room table (72”) Went with the 6'7”x9' The tassels add a fun touch. It fits all our chairs and bench. It has the perfect amount of shag although it is not super plush. It's great for underneath a table but if you are using it in a living/family room I would probably add a plush rug pad.
