The Hi-E 40 is a medium efficiency pleated filter, available in 1", 2" or 4" depths and many standard face sizes to accommodate most system requirements. The 100% hydrophobic synthetic media provides nearly 95% average resistance. The Hi-E 40 is effective as a stand-alone filter or prefilter. All Hi-E 40 filters are designed with a consistent pleat shape on predetermined centers causing dirt to collect evenly over the entire surface of the media. Fully utilizing every square inch result in a slow steady rise in resistance for maximum dust holding capacity.
