I shattered the tibial shelf of my left leg in February. I was non-weight bearing for months; then walker-bound; then cane-bound. I can now walk without a cane. This wedge promoted early healing by aiding in the reduction of the swelling that comes with such a major injury. I still use this wedge at night to keep the swelling down in my leg and knee. I credit it with assisting the flexibility I have now.
