Solid case but won't allow for charging

I bought this case for my husbands phone and although he loves it, it won't charge in his Tesla. His Tesla has a charging pad but for some reason when he rests his phone on the pad it won't charge. So he has to remove the case every time he wants to charge his phone. Unfortunately we're going to have to return the case.

Case did NOT protect back of iPhone 12 from cracking when dropped.

The case did not protect the phone; iphone 12 max pro was dropped from less than 10ft and the entire BACK of the phone cracked inside of the case. The only reason for the case is to protect the phone from damage. I've used several other brand cases in the past and have never experienced the back of an iPhone cracking while being protected inside a case. The back of the package even says 10ft drop protection. Definitely disappointed.
