High Quality Craftsmanship
The sauna came well packaged. Despite the good packaging - the unit was still damaged by the forklift operator (which was not the fault of the shipper). The company was very quick to communicate and easy to work with to resolve the damaged shipment. I would certainly do business again with them. The Sauna was well constructed and fit together very nicely. There were no warped or bowed parts. The front walls are built very solid. I like the unit and it works well. I got the three-seater to be able to have room to stretch out. It works really well for one person. Three people can easily fit - but you have to sit upright and it would be tight. It would be really nice if it had a wireless (wifi) remote to start the unit to preheat. Preheat takes about 15 minutes. Definitely a well-made product and a reputable company to order from.

Great Sauna
Had this for over 3 years now and still looks and smells awesome. Tight seamless fit. Heats up to 150 in 15-20 minutes and maintains that temp. Though I had a couple of issues along the way, the controller stopped working early on and then had a seat surface splinter. Both times customer service was great and replaced them free and quickly.
