The pieces weren't of a consistent size. Some pieces the holes were to big, others didn't match up, some pieces were too small, etc. The instructions weren't always correct. Say picture %233 had one piece in a certain area that didn't connect and in the next picture they had that piece connected somewhere else.

Not age appropriate, no pick, confusing directions

Not what expected and child does t even want to open days of advent calendar. Maybe let buyer know each Lego set is tiny, no pick of final product so child not interested in trying to put together something when he doesn't even have the incentive of being able to see what final product will be without a picture. Instructions are uber hard to follow and confusing. I thought if he saw how easy it put the first one together he would get in the groove and be more interested. Not age appropriate for as advertising. This is for an older boy. I should have got the fishing lures advent calendar
