So when will receive the box we took everything out and we were missing several of the pieces to join it together including the axle. So I called the company and I took a picture for them and sent it to her. they sent us an entire new one very quickly we got it within 3 days. I emailed them again and asked them about sending the rest of the other pieces that we didn't need back to them and they said no we could keep it. The product itself is actually very sturdy and is going to work very well
