Horrible Horrible Horrible

Horrible. First one I ordered was on a green matt (supposed to be black) and completely missing the "I" logo on bottom. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe they just messed up this one time. I ordered another, after emailing them separately telling them the issue and them confirming they will get it right. The new one I just received still missing the "I" logo and on a green matt. As if they simply re-boxed the first one I had sent back.
