Problem with two tires was diagnosed at dealership tor annual check. They helped me find best tire price and Walmart beat Costco by a lot. And, unlike the latter retail giant for tires, Walmart answered their phone!

Tire is great and it is what my car had originally when I got it new. I would purchase again but not from Walmart. Went on vacation where I ended up needing to get a replacement. Unknown to me the road hazard had been removed from my original order because I came in a day early to have my tires mounted. I did not know this till I needed to file a claim with Walmart to get a new one. Being 30 hours away from home I had to argue with everyone in management to see if anything could be done to make things right. Spent 3 days where I got very frustrated trying to get a new tire shipped to where I was at. Walmart could not help me place the order because it was not a warranty order. Even after getting the tire sent to Walmart I then had to have another argument with the department manager as he was refusing to mount the tire I paid for. He found it suspicious that my account showed several cancel online orders for the same tire. I explained to him that Walmart.com thought it was fraud and cancel my order 5 minutes after completing the purchase. I then told him that the tire could not be mailed to the store unless I paid for it. Finally got him to acknowledge that I did indeed buy the tire which took several hours of arguing. This made my vacation very stressful because of this. Next time I will pay more to get my tires from my dealership so I don't have to pull what little hair I have left out.
