They have a waist band that dont fold over when hou do : ) an they are NOT constricting any where at all, plus the strech is amazing i am 5'3½- 165lbs. n i got sz L bcz thats usually what i wear but when i put them on i realized i can try the sz. Med. so i got a Med in all the same colors so i have the L. %26 M. and i Love them all, best yoga, lay around, errands n even sleeping pants i have ever had, TY WALMART i def will be enjoying these.
