I have been trying to return these defective mattresses for months. Neither Walmart nor BRN have given me any direction on what to do!!! One customer service person, Mohamad told me to take them back to the store. The store would not accept them. The BRN rep, Michael kept me on the email train for months and then stopped all communication I want someone to contact me!! We will see if anyone reads this! I took these photos beginning 2 weeks after receipt until December 24th. I had to send the images to Michael twice because, apparently, he had not looked at the first set. Both mattresses bulged on 3 sides, and my coils squeaked at the head of the bed. I don't believe the coils were attached, which caused the bulging. VERY uncomfortable! I spent over $1,000 on the mattresses. They were much too firm, and not as advertised.
