I have neck problems and this gives me the right support to have great alignment whole I sleep. It keeps me cool too. I shared the 2 pack with my 92 year old dad, and we were both pleasantly surprised. They feel very heavy and give the option of removing some of the stuffing to accommodate different positions of sleep. Both of us have kept all of the stuffing and are very happy. I recommend these!
