Long lasting despite being less than 25 pounds.

We have only used this battery with our Minn Kota 40 lb thrust motor for a month. So I can't comment on it longevity but so far each charge seems to last longer than we expected. No degradation at all. It is light but the handles do make it easier to transport back and forth between the boat and the charging station. We wanted to be able to use wing nuts to attach cables to the battery. Luckily the battery comes with screws and nuts long enough to attach the screw to the vertical attachment on the battery and leave space to put wing nuts on as well.

So far these seem to be awesome batteries. I have had issues with deep cycle batteries I've purchased in store barley lasting the year. Hopefully this is not going to be the same experience.
