I cook this hamburger for tacos or sloppy joes, and it has a great flavor to it. It really is lean like the package says and when it cooks you can see a little water and very little grease. Sometimes I buy a couple of these to have on hand. The meat is fresh and very tender, and the one-pound size is perfect my husband and myself and we always have leftovers. The great thing about this is that this hamburger meat comes in different sizes packages. It makes a really convenient dinner option. I have been buying this hamburger for years and have never had a complaint with it.
