I'm 6' 2" and take a 48" suit jacket and recently cracked a rib due to a fall. This 8" wide XL rib belt allowed me to sleep at night by securely immobilizing my entire rib cage minimizing movement pain. Well constructed, wide, adjustable Velcro area gives an excellent fit.
