Orajel Touch-Free Cold Sore Treatment is honestly the only product that truly works for me. I tend to get cold sores right before my period (oh, the joy 🙃), and the pain can be awful—but this is the one thing that actually brings relief. The touch-free applicator is a huge plus because it's easy to use and doesn't irritate the sore. It starts working quickly to ease the pain and helps my cold sores clear up much faster than anything else I've tried. I've used plenty of products over the years, and nothing compares to this. If you struggle with painful cold sores and need something that actually works, I can't recommend this enough. A really great product that I always keep on hand!
