The best I've found

This is the only mascara remover I've used that completely and easily removes my waterproof mascara. It has a creamy texture and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. I have tried other OTC products but they are oily, do not remove my mascara with one application, and leave a oily film on my skin. The price may seem a little high but it is definitely worth it!
