This economical 1/3 size steam table pan has a 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel build. The 4" deep container features anti-jam corners to keep pans separated when stacked and to allow air to circulate for quicker drying. This 1/3 size steam table pan was developed for high-volume use, making it ideal for your buffet line. Plus, it can be used for cold or hot applications. The 1/3 size steam table pan is NSF-approved for food contact and available at a fantastic value.
