Feature packed cycling computer
I have used Garmin cycling computers for the last 10 years and they keep getting better with each generation. The processor is fast and the GPS picks up satellites fast for quick start ups. Used with Garmin Connect wireless uploads to Strava are seamless for tracking ride data and history. The bundle comes with some nice gadgets. Overall I'm really impressed by the Edge 1030.

Several features do not work and the map is faulty
I tried to save a 70 mile course. No option to save it. I had to choose out and back option to access a save option. It said 241 mile. Says autosave activity, but that is false. If you try to save manually, it says, "failed upload". If you connect it to a laptop, it says, "failed sync". You have to wait another 5 minutes before you get a successful sync and only then do you get your activity saved. The maps show intersections 100 meters off. It shows roads that do not exist and several roads listed as public, are private roads blocked by gates. I also traveled on a road that did not exist on the map. The names on the map are incorrect.
