Hook up with what?
I received the toilet and everything was fine until I opened the box. They did not include instructions, any information or the discharge pipe for through the wall use (only to be found on line). In addition, on the back of the toilet below the toilet discharge pipe, someone had hacked off a good size piece of material. Not knowing who did this, I contacted the vendor who told me they did that. Vendor did ship me the discharge pipe but it came too late. The bathroom was done. The water level in the bowl is low even at the highest adjustment. Keep a brush handy. Good news-It is truly elongated, just not as much as Western toilets. Overall rating for the cost and other nonsense? 2.5/5
