PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Made of natural flake graphite and silicon carbide bonded with fire clay designed for use with melting furnaces as well as a standard torch method up to 2500°F. These crucibles offer consistent performance when melting ferrous, nonferrous and precious metals. Good thermal conductivity keeps metal from cooling too rapidly, clean melting, good resistance to chemical corrosion and high refractoriness. Capacity: 3 kg/ 6.6 lbs (measured in Brass).
