Too small, not a waist trainer at all. More like a cheap material lingerie. The clasps are so weird and flimsy. It legit came with a thong. Not what i was looking for at all. I feel as though the product description should aim more towards letting customers know that it is meant as lingerie, and not a waist trainer under any exercising/weight loss circumstances.
