I only have it a 1 star because Walmart advertises same day and quick delivery! This item said 3-4 weeks delivery time, which was just a few days before prom. My granddaughter loved this dress and was sure nobody would be wearing the same dress. Delivery was supposed to last Thursday the 23rd the last update on delivery was on the 7th and even then it was a partial update with no explanation? I tried contacting the store where the dress was supposed to be shipped from, even the shipping company with no response from either! So then I was left to contact Walmart where they tried contacting the store and did not get a response until the next day when they refunded my money! All this to say I will not be buying from this store again, ever! Total let down! Had to rush around last minute do over and trying hard not to look like my granddaughter was notjust thrown together with what she had to settle with! Looks like I'm going back and staying with Amazon! To much stress, work and worry for something you are paying for and dont receive as promised! And no compensation for your troubles! The store I feel was the problem they should have done a better and faster job with shipping! Here in East Texas we mainly use USPS, UPS and FEDEX. There shipping did not even speak English or have translations on their website for tracking!
