4 stars 1. The Top doesn't heat up enough to match the Bottom for waffles. 2. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected. Not too much longer. 3. A plus. It makes good grill cheese sandwiches. If you put them on regular bread, wheat or white and leave the crust on, it turns the crust into a crispy little edge. 4. It has no temperature regular. So, you only have time to judge cooking. And it takes, with this unit, 7 minutes for waffles, 5 for grill cheese.

I was not happy with the packaging of my purchase. It was a wedding gift I ordered online and it had obviously been resealed from a former purchase. The tape used to reseal the gift was bunched in places and the box was slightly indented in a few places. If I had had the time, my fault that I didn't, I would have returned this gift and looked for something else to give. I am now uncertain of purchasing a gift online from Walmart. From now on I will purchase gifts in person.
