This Ossur gray universal walker boot features various details designed to provide added protection, superior compression with a simplified application, and improved comfort. It is ideal for patients suffering from Grade 2 and 3 sprains, tendon, or ligamentous sprains. An integrated air pump provides easy inflation/deflation and consistent compression. Adjustable, comfortable straps that fasten in the front allow for easy donning and doffing. The over-mold adapts to the patient's unique anatomy and relieves pressure points. In addition, the rebound air walker shell is accommodating to fit a variety of calf sizes. The walker provides specially designed additional protection with a trimmable semisoft toe bumper, while the rocker bottom helps promote a natural, stable gait. Also, the air walker comes with ventilated panels and moisture-wicking soft goods that reduce build-up and helps keep skin dry and comfortable. EVA material provides excellent shock absorption in the heel.
