Bad design
Don't try to run these at an altitude above 5000 ft, in the cold, or unplugged. The sail switch is a horrible design. Anything less than a full battery or shore power won't activate the switch. What good is having a camper if you always have to be plugged in??? Too bad Dometic is the only supplier these days. but hey.. when it works-> its great.
